Cancel
We receive order cancellations before the product is shipped or put into production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Standard product return
We accept returns, and standard product customers have the right to apply for returns within 7 days of receiving the product. In order to meet the return criteria, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must also be restored in the packaging. You will be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs due to your unilateral request for a return.
Customized product return
We do not accept returns. For customized products, we do not accept returns if there are no quality issues after production.
Refund
Once we receive your return and undergo inspection, we will send you a notification of receipt via email, and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed refund
If you have not received the refund yet, please double check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank next time. Before the refund is announced, there is usually some processing time. If you have completed all these operations but still have not received a refund, please contact us.
